Circumcision entails the process of surgically removing the foreskin covering the tip of the penis also known as the prepuce. In most parts of the world, circumcision is a practice embedded in the cultural and religious setting.

Then they stitch back the foreskin cut using 4-0 and 5-0 absorbable suture. Doctors then apply petroleum jelly on the stitched part and dress it with sterile gauze to prevent it from getting infections.

This is a process that entails the removal of foreskin of the penis by the use of a minimally invasive procedure, which reduces bleeding and facilitate faster healing. And as the name suggests, doctors achieve the aforementioned process by the use of a high-intensity laser beam.
The process is far much safer than the conventional methods as the laser doesn’t affect the neighboring tissues. Patients can go home on the same day and healing take between 2 and 3 days.
More importantly, the process is done under 30 minutes and the surgeon has to administer local or spinal anesthesia before the patient is taken for the pre-surgery medical tests. If the conventional anesthesia is administered, the patient has to stay in the hospital for at least 3-5 hours for observation.

The circumcision method is completely painless as the doctors administer local anesthesia before the procedure. With same-day discharge, patients can rejoin their families quickly. After the procedure, patients are advised to refrain from sexual activities or masturbation.
